Dear Marge & Family. I knowthis is hard and it will take a while to recover. It was estremely hard when Christy passed. Just put one foot in front of the other. You are very strong, and you will make it. Remember the poem in "the plaque" I sent you. As for a memory, I remember Dan coming to our house & messing around with the kids. Christy loved it when he gave her "TIPS". I will always remember that. And Marge, I remember you giving sound advice that keeps me going. I will always love him. He was a great brother-in-law but mostly "a brother". Love Alway Joan Dear Marge, Dan was like a brother to me also. We grew up living on the same street and become great friends. Dan was the one who got me my first job at J M Fields selling Paint in the hardware department. We had great times growing up. But the best time I can remember was when Dan and I traveled to Bangor, Maine to visit family one summer. We drove the Boat and went swimming in the lake and had a great time. Those were some of the best times we had growing Up in East Hartford. I will truly miss him as my Brother in law and friend. Love alway Rick

Thank you Joan and Rick. I love you to the moon and back. Dan loved you both so very much too. There were so many people, family and friends at both the wake and funeral. Your flowers were beautiful. Rick I sent you a picture through your email of them. Love and hugs

Marge, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart sank when I saw the obituary. I know this is a profound loss for you and your family. Dan was always kind and welcoming, whenever our paths crossed, as you have also always been. I wish you a gentle heart's healing, Marge. It is sad that the planet has lost such a good man. Big hugs, Noreen Palladino Cullen

To Margaret, Danny, and Todd. I am so sorry for your loss. Dan was a brother to me. We knew each other and we grew up together. Times with Dan were always an adventure

Thank you Dave. Dan felt the same way about you. It was so nice you were able to visit with Dan and myself last week. It was a very special moment for Dan.
