There are far too many memories of Gram to compile here but some favorites include: complaining about all the “old people” in the assisted living facility, her tootsie rolls and root beer floats, the “massive” Christmas tree I sent her (it was 12 inches tall), all my trips to Vero to visit with her and gramp in college and later with my kids, walking her and gramp through the Italian market in Philly, illegal clamming, her laugh, the smells at the holidays, and most of all the enveloping hugs.
