Robert Benedict "Ben" Adam, 24 of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, formerly of Glastonbury, died Friday, September, 30. He was born Aug. 31, 1987, in Hartford, son of Andrew M. and Cornelia J (Donovan) Adam of Jaffrey, NH formerly longtime residents of Glastonbury. Ben grew up in Glastonbury and graduated from Glastonbury High School. Ben loved spending time with family and friends, writing poetry, fishing, going on walks and enjoying cookouts by the fire with his family. Besides his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Lanisha of Jaffrey, Victoria Murray and her husband, Tom of Dunstable MA, Christie Adam of Glastonbury, Suzanne Adam and her husband Bob Kocienda of Stratford, Jeffrey Adam and his wife Lauren of Norwalk, his nephews, Thomas Murray and Andrew Adam and nieces, Mairead Murray, Madeline Murray and Sarah Adam. Ben was predeceased by his brother Drew Adam. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday Oct. 8, at 10am in St. Patrick- St. Anthony Church, 285 Church St., Hartford (please go directly to church). Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Glastonbury. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury, on Friday Oct. 7 from 5-7pm.
