Obituary of Dillon Richard Dupuis

Dillon Richard Dupuis, 15, passed away on November 5, 2025 surrounded by his family, due to life threatening injuries from a motor vehicle accident from October 24, 2025.

Born on September 13, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital to parents Philip and Jennifer. He was a sophomore at Glastonbury High School where he was a member of band and the crew team. Dillon was also a member of the Glastonbury Fire Cadets where he had a lifelong goal to be a volunteer firefighter. Dillon also loved playing and listening to music, learning everything he could about cars, attending car shows with his friends and family and going to concerts (Aerosmith and Ghost to name a few). He loved traveling especially to Disney World and Vermont with his family. Dillon was always thinking of others and as one final act of kindness, he gave the gift of life through organ, eye, and tissue donation in hopes to carry on his legacy.

Dillon is survived by his mother, Jennifer Boemmels, step-father Brent Boemmels (Glastonbury), sisters Kelly and Sophie, father Philip Dupuis (Rocky Hill), grandparents Jim and Holly Dillon (Glastonbury) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is also predeceased by his grandparents Richard and Patricia Dupuis (Glastonbury).

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:00 am at SS. Isidore and Maria Parish in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. There will be shuttle buses running from Smith School, 216 Addison Road, Glastonbury to the funeral home during the visitation for overflow parking. We encourage students to dress in school spirit as Dillon never enjoyed dressing up. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to FOGRI (Friends of Glastonbury Rowing Inc.) to support Dillon’s GHS crew team.
