I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I worked for Frank at Wampanoag as a life guard during the summers from 1963 - 1967. After college and working for the Red Cross, I saw Frank often during the 70s as a part of my work. He has always been one of my favorite people. Strong, yet caring. Down to earth, yet highly intelligent. Most of all a staunch and close friend. I've been waiting to congratulate him on his 100th birthday and drop him a quick text message. He came so, so close to making it too. I feel like I've lost a member of my family.
Frank was a legend in the Hartford area and Connecticut. That legend touched many lives and always for the better. I'll miss him greatly. My deepest condolences.
