Obituary of Adele S. Little

Adele (Strohecker) Little, 91, of Glastonbury passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Allen Little.

Born in New Britain, Adele was the daughter of the late William and Joan (Johnson) Strohecker. She worked in the purchasing department for the State of CT Department of Transportation for many years.

Surviving are her daughter Linda Burke and her husband Ted of Westerly, RI, her son Charles W. Little and his wife Cheryl of South Glastonbury, her grandchildren Michael Burke and his wife Nicole, Kelly Hoadley and her husband Eric, and Tanesha Dickau, her great grandchildren Cecilia and Caroline Burke and Gunnar Hoadley. Adele was predeceased by her sister Eleanor Dixon.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11:30 am at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Burial will be private. Friends may call on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
