I was Oksana’s roommate in college and the Powch family invited me to stay with them for the summer after our freshman year. Juliana was always cooking great meals, and was very welcoming, kind and motherly. I felt treated like another daughter in their home and have fond memories of her. Rest in peace Juliana.
