Obituary of William A. Prey

William A. Prey, of Glastonbury, CT passed away on February 17, 2023.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, and following a stint in Arenzano, Italy, he settled with his family in Riverside, CT.  He is preceded by his loving wife of 67 years, Shirley.  He is survived by his sons Scott Prey, Jeff Prey, and his daughter Deborah (Prey) Lane.  As “Bubba,” he loved his grandchildren very much, and was loved in return by Adam and Mark Prey, Austin and Emily Prey, Scott Nelson, Katie Edwards, Jaime Sintz, Hannah Linnenberg, and B. J. Nelson.  He had a special place in his heart for his great-grandchildren: Alex, Anna, Luke, Aubrey, Ryan, Charlotte, Sebastian, Summer, Sawyer, Stone, Lily and Levi.

There will be a Service of Witness to the Resurrection and Celebration of the Life of William Prey on a date yet to be determined, at the New Life Christian Fellowship in Wethersfield, CT.  In-person and online (call the church for details at 860- 529-1714).
