Mimi, as she was affectionately known, lived a life full of energy, fun and laughter. Her wonderful stories will always be remembered by those who knew her. Her greatest joy was loving and being loved by her family. She leaves 3 children and their spouses, Coleen Muirhead and her husband Jack, Richard H Hartley III, and his wife Janis, William C Hartley, and his wife Helen. She also leaves her adoring grandchildren: Melissa Charpentier and her husband Dan, John Muirhead III and his wife Judy, David Muirhead and his wife Alexandra, Rebecca Hartley, Richard Hartley IV and his wife Ali, Laianna Hartley and Michele Hartley. Mimi is also loved by 5 great grandchildren: Caden and Noah Charpentier, Matthew and John Muirhead IV, and Marlow Muirhead. She leaves a brother, John Harper and his wife Mary-Jo, of Lebanon TN. The Harper extended family is a great joy to all their northern relatives and were deeply loved by Mimi. She also leaves many Hayes and Harper nieces and nephews and many good friends.
Special thanks to Josephine who provided Mimi with loving care. Also, thanks to the Hartford Health Care Hospice team especially Joyce and Eve. Mimi's life was full and fun. She brought laughter to all our lives. And she leaves us all wondering; "Who will pay the rent??"
