Deepest sympathy... Frank was my Plant Manager in Boston... I was the engineer in Boston and knew Frank well... He did a lot of good for us in Boston...Once again my condolences..

RickTine and Sons Vincenzo and Luca, cousins of Frank who always sent letters to us on the “West Coast”. Frank, Staff Sergeant, sent his US Army Khaki shirt which had a Ribbon/Vietnam Service Manganaro sent to the “boys “. Very special years. As a young man with Frank at Pratt Institute, my self with the boys, Frank was always there with honor, love and many years were special. Frank and my Brother, As I came home as a combat Marine from Vietnam with the same Ribbon Frank had on his Khaki shirt, Frank sent it to the Boys. Semper FI Frank You will always be remembered

Our condolences to Frank’s family. Frank was a great person. I will fondly remember our many Yankees baseball outings together with his cousin Ron Tine. The World Series win in 2009 as one. Rest in peace Frank. Bill & Lisa Barratt

Losing a loved one is losing a part of us. Although we weren’t a daily part of his life we thought of our “northern family often” . I will always remember JR as the larger than life person who always knew the right thing to say or do . Kay always thought he hung the moon, providing guidance in her times of need. I will always have fond memories , I only regret I didn’t make more. God Bless JR and his family.
