Pat, I remember you when I was a kid as one of several nice dads on the street. As I grew older, I realized we had many common interests and so we enjoyed discussing many things together whenever I returned to Glastonbury. Anything hiking in New England was always a great topic - and you were there to pick me up in Cornwall Ct. after my Appalachian Trail adventure. I always enjoyed watching nature in the meadows and you were one of the few I’d run into all the time while I was cutting through the bank or out on the dirt road. Roadtrips across the US were shared picture fests between us which I enthusiastically enjoyed. I am returning to Glastonbury in August and was hoping for another conversation, I will miss them. You are now on the ultimate travel adventure, and I can’t wait to hear about it. Cheers!
