Obituary of Lawrence J. Bisi

Lawrence J. “Larry” Bisi, 95, the loving husband to the late Isabella “Helen” (Sladyk) Bisi, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Jefferson House in Newington.  He was born October 20, 1922, in New York City the son of the late Joseph and Rose (Quagliaroli) Bisi.  He was a US Army Veteran of WWII and a lifelong resident of Glastonbury.  Larry retired, after 40 years as a Machinist, from Hamilton Standard.  He was predeceased by a brother Andrew Bisi, a sister Adeline Sestero and several brothers in law and sisters in law.  He is survived by several nieces,  nephews, cousins and friends.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 11:00am at St Augustine Church, 55 Hopewell Rd, South Glastonbury.  Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Augustine Cemetery, South Glastonbury.  Family and friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home,  725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am.  In lieu of flowers donations in Larry's memory may be made to The Historical Society of Glastonbury, P.O.
