Obituary of Gary Frederick Hayes

Gary F. Hayes, 48, of East Hartford, beloved husband of Susan (Laubacher) Hayes, died Sunday October 21, 2018.  Born Sept. 14, 1970 in Hartford, son of Gary R. and Jean (Balkus) Hayes of Arizona, he had lived most of his life in East Hartford. Gary was a home improvement contractor in the Hartford area. He was an Eagle Scout and an avid fisherman. Besides his wife and parents he is survived by a his two children Gary Hayes and Lisa Hayes both of East Hartford, two step-daughters Apryl Faurote and Alyssa St. Hilaire both of Florida, two brothers, Tony Hayes and his wife Terry of Hebron, Everett Hayes of East Hartford, a sister Lisa Miranda and her husband Elvin of East Hartford, two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Saturday Oct. 27 from 11:00am to 2:00pm with sharing of stories starting at 1:30pm.
