Obituary of Stephen Patrick Dilworth
Stephen Patrick Dilworth, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 after a hard fought battle with addiction.
Stephen was born March 27, 1992 in Manchester and spent most of his life in Bolton except for a few years in Arizona where he acquired Luna.
Stephen was always trying to find a new place to hike or go camping with his dog Luna. He defined a dreamer. There is no doubt that those close to him will struggle to find a time where he wasn’t talking about a recent accomplishment or thinking of a new adventure to take. Stephen was absolutely 100 percent about his Irish roots and all things Irish.
He was in the process of obtaining his plumbing license and had been working in commercial plumbing which he was very good at. He was a funny, genuine person whose heartwarming, contagious laugh, flashing green eyes and unique stories will be remembered forever by anyone who was lucky enough to cross his path. His passing was too soon and Stephen will be greatly missed by many.
Stephen will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends. He leaves behind his Mother, Kathleen Dilworth of Bolton his brother Michael Dilworth and Fiance Brittany Hills of South Windsor, sister Katherine Dilworth of Torrington, grandmother Joanne Gibbs of Naples Florida, nephew Chase Kaminski of Springfield, girlfriend Anna Mazgelis and faithful dog Luna who was a great companion. He also leaves numerous Aunts,Uncles and Cousins. Stephen was predeceased by his father Glenn whom he missed greatly and his Uncle Paul Dilworth.
