Angela brought joy and confidence to all who worked with her. She has left quite a legacy of kindness, humor, and common sense. I send prayers and all best wishes to Jim, Connie, Brendan, all the grandchildren. I’m so grateful to have met Angela and to have had the privilege of calling her and Jim friends. With love, Rita Houlihan

Angela had a beautiful mind and a resilient, curious, intelligent spirit. I knew her for only a very short time, but it was long enough to experience that. I know her family will miss her, as well as her many, many friends. She will stay with you, in your hearts, as she will in mine. Peace be to her family and to her husband.

Jim, Connie, Brendan and all of Angela’s loved ones. I was much saddened to hear the news of Angela’s death, Jim, I think you know that I had the great good fortune to work with Angela from Day 1, and through her entire successful career at Aetna. My first impression of Angela was accurate - she was an extremely likable and friendly person, with class, intelligence and a charming Irish sense of humor. She was respected and liked by all who worked with her during her years at Aetna, and even more so by the folks that worked for her. I enjoyed swapping notes with her over the decades regarding the joys - and challenges(!) - of raising a daughter and son in this era. And it was always a pleasure to bump into you and Angela outside of work, especially at the Annual Glastonbury Irish Club gathering! Rest assured she will always be remembered fondly by the hundreds of her Aetna colleagues. ERIN GO BRAGH, and special Irish blessings to all of you. Wayne Leghorn

I was a childhood friend of Brendan and remember Angela as warm, inviting, light-hearted, giving and a wonderful mom. I enjoyed stopping by their home in Black Point....the doors were always open to visitors and it was frequent that they were hosting other guests....family from Ireland or Philly or even special Olympians from Ireland! You will be missed Angela (Or as I knew her growing up....Mrs Lynch)

I worked w/ Angela at Aetna. She was in Technical Support & I supported the Annuity & Pension application systems. Had numerous interactions w/ her and all were excellent!! She was always supportive, cordial & very pleasant.
Since we both lived in Glastonbury & went to St. Dunstan's, I would sometimes see her and vividly recall conversations about her children & her desire for a career change & to avoid the commute to Springfield.
A classy lady who will be fondly remembered.
