Vince was one of a kind... quick-witted, compassionate, hard-working and smart. I never once saw him Ill-mannered or angry. He lit up every room he entered. Vince will live on in the hearts and memories of everyone who was fortunate enough to has known him. My sincerest condolences to Janet and the entire family.

I worked with Vince at Vela. He would call me for help when he was challenged by technology. I will forever miss the conversations we had on the subject of technology that ALWAYS included his humor and quick witted responses. He was a gem! My condolences to his family.

To the Pugliese family. I recall the laughs and good times watching the Cubs play in the World Series at Vinny's home. The joy that Vinny brought to so many lives and his willingness to share his knowledge will never be forgotten. As we all know, he was really good with numbers however, I will remember first and foremost his love for his family - Janet and their kids.
You really know a person when you know how many lives they touched. Well we know with Vinny the lives he touched were too many to be counted.
He always said to me that I am his brother from another mother which I will never forget.
