Condolences to your family on the passing of Fred. Classic. man. Fred was the mayor of the neighborhood. He always had a good word for us neighbors on Hillcrest Road and Elm Tree Road as he would pass by with Casco taking Fred for a walk. Great man. Rest in peace Fred.
