Alan and I were childhood friends in Scitico (part of Enfield), and I spent a good deal of time in the Crossley household. I remember most his 'free spiritedness' and in many regards I looked up to him as a big brother. Unfortunately, at some point our lives took different directions and we lost contact. My condolences to the Crossley family.

I had the pleasure of working side by side with Alan @ the Dot for all of his 24 yrs , so many laughs together always taking about the future , his cabin in Vermont , moving there possibly after retiring , me moving to Florida , Alan was one of nicest most honest people I ever had the pleasure of knowing , we really lost a good one . RIP my friend Mike Barrows
