Joe had a passion for challenging projects and was known for his ability to apply his technical expertise and years of experience successfully managing large projects across the Country. Joe was an avid golfer, fisherman, and enjoyed trap shooting as a longtime member of the Andover Sportsman’s Club. Joe loved spending time with his family and making everyone around him laugh. He would generate hearty laughter each holiday season with the delivery of his “Three French Hens” line in the family’s annual rendition of the Twelve Days of Christmas. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Camille of 48 years; his children, Melissa Rath and husband Howard of Hebron, CT, Lonette Gloss of Glastonbury, CT, and Joseph Beck III and wife Nicole of Smithfield, RI; his grandchildren Kelsey and husband Aaron, Corey and husband Kevin, Alexandra, Samantha, Aidan, and William; his step-grandchildren Jacob, Macey and Maggie; and his great granddaughter Mackenzie.
