Obituary of Brian Callahan
Brian David Callahan, beloved son, brother, uncle and friend passed
away peacefully at Manchester Memorial Hospital on January 27, 2013 surrounded by his loving family after a fifteen month battle with cancer. Brian was born in Hartford, CT on October 16, 1950 to the late Mary and William
Callahan. He leaves his nine brothers and sisters, Kathleen Lauria,
William and Linda Callahan, Kevin and Cheryl Callahan, Barry
Callahan, Shaun Callahan, Rosemary and David Scotto, Patricia and
Carlow Scalf, Michael and Nancy Callahan, Mark and
Katie Callahan, twenty-seven nieces and nephews, one great-nephew
and four great-nieces. He also leaves two aunts, one uncle, several cousins
and his life long friend, Brian Cooney. Brian's family will receive friends
and family at Mulryan Funeral Home ,725 Hebron Avenue, Glastonbury
On Wednesday January 30 from 4-7pm. Brian's life will be celebrated at a
Mass of Christian Burial at The Church of St. Patrick - St. Anthony
285 Church Street, Hartford on Thursday January 31, at 10am
Burial will be private .Brian's family expresses their deepest gratitude to
Dr. Peter Schauer and the staff at The Helen & Harry Gray Cancer
Center for their devoted and compassionate care of Brian.

Gray Cancer Center or Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Please consider
