Obituary of Margaret Dinneen

Margaret Rita (Holland) Dinneen, 105, of Glastonbury, wife of the late Maurice E. Dinneen, died Sunday January 27, 2013 at the Glastonbury Health Care Center. Born November 1, 1907 in the Bronx, NY daughter of the late Felix and Margaret (Ferris) Holland, she had lived in Glastonbury for the past 36 years. Margaret was a communicant of St. Augustine Church and a member of the Altar Guild. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Virginia and David Kleinhen of Glastonbury, a son and daughter-in-law Maurice and Patricia Dinneen of North Reading, MA, seven grandchildren; Kathi Jenkins, Patricia Smith, Maura Dagher, Joseph Dinneen, Julie Polkinghorn, Dr. Ian Kleinhen, Brian Kleinhen and fifteen great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Glastonbury Health Care Center for their care and compassion shown to Margaret during her time there. Funeral service will be Friday Feb. 1 at 9:15am from the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury to St. Augustine Church, 55 Hopewell Rd., South Glastonbury for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA. Friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday Jan31 from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Augustine Church.
