Obituary of Lisa A. Chotkowski

We are sad to announce the passing of Lisa Chotkowski, a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She left this world Thursday, June 1, 2023 after a five year battle with cancer.

Lisa was a devoted mother who did everything to be able to spend more time with her children and loved ones. Lisa was always willing to help anyone and throughout her fight she was active in supporting others through their battles by passing on knowledge that she learned through her experiences. She was such a fighter, so strong, so smart, so loving and had such a big heart. She will be dearly missed by all the lives she has touched.

Lisa is survived by her mother Florence, her three children Ian Underwood, Alexis Underwood and Logan Underwood, her life partner Robert Underwood, his daughter Stephanie, her sisters and their husbands, Cheryl and Anthony, Susan and John, her brothers Richard and Joseph and several nieces and nephews. Lisa was predeceased by her father Joseph Chotkowski.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. A private graveside ceremony will occur on Friday, June 9th, 2023.
