Obituary of William P. Wziontko

William P. Wziontko, 73, of Glastonbury, died Tuesday August 22, 2023 at home. Born March 22, 1950 in Hartford, son of the late William W. and Nora (Geslorek) Wziontko, he had lived in Glastonbury since 1995. Prior to his retirement he was a truck driver for the MDC for over 20 years. Bill loved people, socializing and boating and was a past member of the Polish American Home. He is survived by his 2 sons, William D. Wziontko and his wife Kerrine of Marlborough, Michael P. Wziontko of Glastonbury, a sister Barbara Zaskey of Wethersfield and several nieces and nephews and his former wife of 30 years Jane Wziontko. He was predeceased by 2 brothers Ronald and Richard Wziontko. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 30 at 10am in SS Isidore and Maria Parish at St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury.
