My condolences go out to the Wilton Family, we will all miss Dick very much. The times I spent with him were always filled with great stories whether about family or Art, his 2 favorite topics. I became acquinted with Dick thru his 2 boys Dave and Scott, whom over the last 20 years became great friends. Dick had a special talent for painting fabulous artwork, everytime I visited his studio I always came away with a smile on my face from the enjoyment I felt talking with Dick and seeing his excellant artwork. Dick will be remembered by all whom he met and by his family legacy and thru his art.

I will never forget Richard Wilton, he’s one of those few that really made an impact on my life both creatively and spiritually too. He was a kind teacher in so many ways. Enthusiastic and Smart beyond most people I I have known. I will miss our weekly conversations and visits to Panera Bread for his favorite food and a coffee talking about Art and Religious beliefs. I believe his Spirit is with God and Jesus now and he’s helping them behind the scenes now. He had a strong Will to live.
