Phil was our neighbor at Grand Lofts in Vernon. We would stop to talk with him whenever we took walks by his place. My husband and I loved seeing him sitting out on the porch enjoying the outdoors and the many neighbors he knew. The flowers he kept were always so lovely and he told us often that he kept them in memory of his wife, who so enjoyed flowers. His place was welcoming and full of energy and enjoyment. He knew how to spread happiness just by keeping up a beautiful garden. He spoke of his wife and their trips and time together and the many cruises they enjoyed. We are blessed to have met him. He will be missed by many. Thank you, Phil, for being a light.

Adrian, Kit and Arlene,
Our deepest condolences for the passing of your brother Phil. I have good memories of Phil visiting our mom on Ward St. in Hartford on his lunch breaks in the early days of his career. She loved those visits.. As us young ones we also enjoyed his visits too.
Also nice memories of the great summer picnics and Christmas parties at Adrian's and Arlene's houses. Mom appreciated seeing all the nieces and nephews having fun. Phil loved to tell us about his many cruises he and Roberta took. So many happy memories of the Ouellette side of the family. We have wonderful memories of the kindness you all extended to our mother and we greatly appreciate it.
MY Phil and Alberta Rest In Peace,
Cousin Rita
