Bob-a-loo, you were always there with a well timed joke and a smile. I'll always remember going to look at the trains at Northpark, the elaborate joke we played on my dad after he missed his flight home, and our many other adventures. Your big heart and wit will be missed.

Hey Bob-a-loo,
We've shared so many hot tubs: Parkland, FL., Simi Valley, CA., Camarillo, Alamo, and Southlake, TX. Many wonderful visits - both quiet and not so much. You were always a gentle, calming influence on our gatherings as well as entertaining with your quick wit and one liners. We will miss your gleaming smile, your hat and bolero that truly made you belong here in Texas, your enthusiasm for trains and cars, your flexibility to go with the flow, your gentle demeanor, your care and love for our mother, and.. well.. you. We're glad you're no longer in pain, that helps to alleviate ours.

Bob, you taught me to square dance every step of the way, and, after partnering with me at my "graduation", continued to squire me through the higher levels of dancing. It was always a delight to see you in a square or at one of my concerts. Never was there a more gallant dance partner than you! RIP. Much love, Amy Gallatin

We will certainly miss you on the dance floor. Enjoyed the shared stories
and interest in trains, and your wry sense of humor! Square dance friends

Bobaloo, within the boisterousness of our family get-togethers you were always right on pace with some witty jokes. I'll definitely never forget the infamous "board game" night after Christmas 2003 or so, haha, and I'm glad that you were there to spend it with us all.

Bob,
Although I have only know you for seven years, I will always remember your smile and laughter as it always brighten my day. Cal and Laura were so lucky to have such a special father like you. May you rest in peace.

Thank you for the time we spent when I visited grandan. Thank you for showing me the trains and taking me on the train ride telling me about the engines. Thank you for the memories.

We will miss Bobaloo, with his quick wit and gentle way. He was always ready with a joke, and was a great sport trekking through the cold in Scotland and playing games with all the "grandkids". We were lucky to have his influence for these past 20+ years.

Nothing I can say will make your loss any easier. Just know that I'm thinking of you all in my thoughts and prayers. Now God gets to listen to Bob's corny jokes.
