I am so very sorry for your loss. I had the great pleasure of working with Joe at CVS when he was at Medix. Joe was one of the most enthusastic, kind-hearted, polite, professional and funny people I knew. He had some great stories, whether about work, Spring Break in Mexico, or the incredible trip to Las Vegas he took last Spring. Joe was so excited to be spending time with family in Florida last winter. He spoke very fondly of his family and his happy upbringing. Joe had a smile and a light that touched everybody he encountered. It was always uplifting to be in his presence and he always saw the positive in people. Joe lived enough for three lifetimes in one short one and truly made this world a better place.

Dear Gallagher Family,
I am sorry for your lost. I was his Spanish teacher in 8th grade. I do remembered him very well with his big smile, friendly approach, asking questions and making and effort to use Spanish. He had a contagious, positive and caring energy that I will not forget.

Dear Gallagher Family, I was overcome with sadness as I just heard today of Joe's passing. I worked with Joe in 7th grade, everyday he would come in smiling and full of stories or a scientific discussion. Joe was a valuable member of our astronomy club peers and teachers just loved him. I always told him he was destined for great things, such a charismatic young man. He will always have a special place in our hearts. You will be in my prayers, Laurie Haddock

I am so sorry for your loss.Joe or JoseĢ as he was known in my 8th grade Intro Spanish was the shining, happy sunlight of the class. He was always excited and made sure everyone else was too. I still have the Spanish version of Green eggs and ham book that the class made due to his enthusiasm. I will treasure those memories.

Joe was one of those rare people who would put his whole being into becoming a better person, a better employee, a better friend. I gave him advice and he hung on to every word. I wish I had the opportunity to take more advice from Joe, as he was a shining example of how I would like to live my life. He will be missed dearly.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Joe is a really great person all the way around. I got to work with him off and on for the last few years while he helped me find qualified candidates to work when he worked for Medix. He put lots of and lots of good people to work! He was so nice, funny, smart, respectful, enjoyable to work with, and always did his best. He worked so very hard, non-stop. I also got to work with him a bit through HDI and got to go bowling and have drinks with him a couple times (we were suppose to have a rematch). He is such a positive person (which is a rarity.) I got to have lunch with him before he started Law School and was leaving Medix to start at GE. He was so full of hope and promise and looking forward to an even more amazing future, but so very happy and grateful for everything he had gotten to be part of and experience to date. He loved his family, friends, coworkers, work, and life!!! When I went to Ireland last year I even took a picture for him of a car dealership named "Gallagher" to show him what his family may have been up to in Ireland (just to make him laugh!) but that was the kind of effect he had upon you. He turned my experience with staffing agencies around and made me really like and respect them, because of his awesome personality. To end on a funny note, Joe would hug me whenever he would see me at Tufts (even though I was a client) and I knew every time he was so warm and sincere, and never put up any false pretenses..... that's just who Joe is! If everyone could be as awesome as Joe, we'd have such a better world..... He will be dearly missed more then any words could ever say. To his family, I wish you lots of love and support over the years, because the loss of Joe is one I am not sure any of us will ever be able to really shake, a great man, with an amazing soul, I wish he was still here.

I will always remember, Joe's warm Smile, Energy and Compassion.. He was a great friend of my daughter Shawna Tasto. I first met Joe at Healthtrax and then as my daughters great friend. He was a couple years older than her and he would always re-assure me that he would look out for her in high school so I wouldn't worry. I'm sure he will continue to do that even from Heaven.. I am so sad and still in shock about his passing and my sincere heartfelt sympathy and prayers I am sending to his family and friends..He will be missed forever..

We have so many memories and I am so thankful and so lucky that I got to have you as part of my family as long as I did. I dont think kool-aid will ever be the same. I am so happy that you came to my wedding last month and that I got to dance, laugh and have such a good time with you. You will NEVER EVER be forgotten. Rest easy Joe, and watch over us all.
