My heart goes out to Clem and the family of Evelyn and Clem. I am so sad that we didn't stay in closer contact as the years went on after our move to South Carolina. So many times I thought about calling or writing and just didn't get around to it. I always thought I would see Evelyn again and found out today that she had passed on. My only consolation is that she is with God now and her suffering is over. My lesson learned is ALWAYS make the time to call or write a distant friend, ALWAYS..

Sue, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother. You always spoke so fondly of her, I know she will be sorely missed by many people. I know you are very proud of her. She was so strong to fight this battle with her illness as long as she could and I'm sure it was so she could spend as much time with her family as she could. You and your family are in my thoughts.
