Judge Robert Hale was one of a kind, a man who loved his wife and his family, treasured his friends and enjoyed life. He had a wonderful sense of humor, great dignity and great compassion. I will miss our adventures driving along the river, enjoying an ice cream cone, and the 'tours' of Hartford. He really enjoyed his vacation with his family and I pray they find peace in the many Happy Memories made together.
