To the family, I offer my sincere sympathy. To lose someone with so much left to share with the world is terribly difficult. May you find comfort in your fond memories and from God’s promise of a resurrection. Jesus himself said“... I am the resurrection and the life”. (John 11:25, 26). These words give us hope for the future, knowing that through Jesus Christ we can have the sure hope of seeing our loved one again – happy and healthy. I again offer my sincere condolences

No one will miss him more than I will - my best friend, my source of strength and of course a life I never could have imagined. And then there was the laughter - I will miss that the most.

Dennis was more like a brother to me then a cousin, we had many good time together. I am very grateful that I was able to visit him and You in October. It was a wonderful visit we laughed, cried and hugged. Jackie you and Dennis had a powerful bond that was an example to all. Dennis fought cancer with grace and dignity and you were beside him the entire time. I will miss him greatly. Prays for both of you. Love, Gail and princess Jennifer

Jackie, please accept my heartfelt sympathy. I remember you and Dennis from high school. You made my senior year memorable by playing matchmaker and fixing me up with Mike P. He broke my heart ;-) but I was touched that you two were thinking of me. You are in my thoughts.

As his cousin I wanted to share the memories that stick out in my mind. Dennis always made me feel welcome and comfortable. He liked and had nice things but he was never pretentious. He shared everything. Dennis never complained nor put down anyone. He was always positive. Two examples of that were his great ability to navigate a boat through fog to Block Island before the days of GPS; and I especially remember his saying whenever he saw a dead raccoon by the roadside - "that raccoon is having a bad day" That was both funny at the time but it symbolized that he never gave up even facing a tough situation. He will be missed. Cousin Bruce
