To Mrs. Drumm, the entire Family and special friend, Chief Jack Drumm: Please accept our sincere and deepest sympathy at the passing of your most beloved and respected Husband, Father and Grandfather. We know that he was a man of remarkable character, values and prolific achievements who was devoted to his large family and solemn, swarn commitment to Law Enforcement throughout his life. All of you represent his most Honorable legacy to the world. The loss of such a man diminishes each of us.
