Obituary of Eleanor M. Boudreau

Eleanor M. Boudreau, 92, of Glastonbury, wife of the late Harvey J. Boudreau, passed away in Glastonbury on Friday, September 25, 2015. She was born in Taunton, MA, to the late Charles D. White and Annie May (Hall) White. She was a graduate of Taunton High School and Morton Hospital School of Nursing. Eleanor worked as a night supervisor at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center for many years in Pediatrics and Obstetrics and was very giving, caring and considerate to everyone she met. She loved to cook, play bingo and card games. She was a member of St. Paul Church and the former League of the Sacred Heart and St. Francis Hospital Retirees club. She is survived by her children, Mark and his wife Darlene of Manchester, J.C. and his wife Lynn of Richmond, NH and Craig of Oakland, NJ. Grandchildren Nicole and Adam Abelson of Somerville, MA, Joe and Shayna Boudreau of Troy, NH and Brian Boudreau of Manchester, CT. Sisters-in-law Rita Grace of Somerset, MA and Joyce Wood of Lockport, NY, and many nieces, nephews, great neighbors and special friend and caregiver Martha Johnson. She was predeceased by her sisters Hazel Hill and Barbara Haskell and brothers Lyman White and Charles White. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday Sept. 28 at 12 noon in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Glastonbury. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury from 10:30 until 11:30am. Monday morning.
