We send our love and sympathy to Judy, Angela, and all of the Orr family. Our hearts are filled with sadness at the loss of a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend. There are so many happy memories as Bob was part of our wedding and the fun that we had in the early years as good friends. We hope that memories and God's love will comfort his family in their loss. Love, Patty and "Bull"

Dear Judy, Jeff and I are very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was such an impactful man, in his inspiring and steady leadership at Buckingham, both with words, action and the way he led his life. His faith was deep and evident in all he did. His love for you and Angie was endearing. He loved life and his friends to the fullest. Every one he touched will remember him with fond memories.
Our deepest sympathy,
Diana Nelson

Sending all our love, thoughts and prayers to Judy and Angie. Bobby was a treasure full of life and laughter here on earth and we for sure know he will have the angels above, in stitches with all his antics. Our hearts are heavy now, but know he will continue to watch over everyone and give us peace as we know he himself has embraced that peace forever more. We love you.

I only knew Bob as his supervisor for the period of time he work in Miami, FL for the Travelers . During that period he exhibited a real sense of humor as well as a skills as a softball player. He always treated his claimants fairly and honestly and success was clearly in his future. I am sure he contributed much to his fellow man/woman as he made his way through life and his career. My deepest sympathies to his family.
Bob and his family will be my prayers.

Dear Orr Family,
You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. He was a great human being. I worked with him at Travelers and like many others, he gave me a chance. You should take comfort in knowing how well respected he was by so many people in some many places.

Dear Orr family:
I was lucky enough to work for Bob when I was with Travelers. I was a young claim manager in Grand Rapids Michigan when he and Pat Darr took a chance on me and moved me to Louisville Kentucky to run that office. Bob was one of a kind. He was a very smart man, funny, considerate and could always take a joke like Greg Bova doing his "Bob Orr" imitation when we all got together for meetings.
I'll never forget him and know the world just won't be the same without a true gentleman like Bob.
Bob and the Orr family will be in our prayers.

Judy and Angie:
I worked with and for Bob (B.O.!) for many years at Travelers. I can honestly say that I learned more from him than any other individual during my career. Bob's genuine love for teaching, for the front line, and for developing leaders were evident in everything he did. While intensely private about his personal life, he was always interested in others and always had time to talk. He preferred a very collaborative approach to solving problems. I cannot count the numbers of times he would say to the team, "Come on, I'll buy you breakfast," or "Let's go get some truth serum," a method he often used successfully to get problems on the table so they could be resolved.
Bob will be sorely missed by many. He was larger than life. I'm sure there are many besides me who have great memories and will continue to remember him with great fondness!
