To Lena's Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I'll always remember Lena for the person who picked me up from Kennedy's Airport (together with Eddie and Salome Cabral) when I first arrived to America 30 years ago. Wonderful person. Dear Lena. I really enjoyed having had the chance to meet and to share with you good moments. I admired you, you were a wonderful person, a great women and above all a fighter.I last saw you in December, when I was in the USA, and you were still in your good spirits. Never thought that would be the last time that I saw you. I shall never forget that new years day trip to New York City. It was cold and freezing but we laugh all day long. I remember walking with you, Xico, Eddy, and Salome in Times Square temperatures very below zero and while laughing our faces were frozen. I will have good memories of you. Rest in peace along with all your departed ones, and I know that you will be looking down at all of us. God save "Queen Lena" like I used to tell you.You were a true queen.We will pray for you, but please do the same for us. Sincerely Ana Maria Rodrigues

Chico, Theresa, Robbie and family... Sending my deepest sympathies....I loved having Lena as my next door neighbor for years on House Street and loved our talks at the picnic table in the middle...And even after moving to Lebanon, I enjoyed stopping by and catching up...I've always considered Lena one of my dearest friends and she will be loved and missed by all...
