Obituary of Frances D. Richards

Frances D. Richards, 75, of Glastonbury, beloved wife of the late Francis J. Richards died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Glastonbury Health Care Center. Born in Hartford on March 9, 1940 to the late Frank L., Sr. and Adelaide (Lanata) Dondero, she was a lifelong resident of Glastonbury. Frances is survived by her daughters, Nancy Richards and her fiancé James Flaws, Donna Walstedt and her husband Sean, her grandchildren, Brandon Walstedt, Emily Mazella, Julia Mazella, and Owen Staples, and her brother Frank L. Dondero, Jr., all of Glastonbury. She also leaves behind her lifelong neighbors and friends, Sheren and Ziggy Dickau, and their children Tracey Smith, and Daniel Dickau. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, February 29, 2016 at 11:00a.m. in Saint Augustine Church, 55 Hopewell Rd., South Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Saint Augustine Cemetery, South Glastonbury. Calling hours will be held Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 4pm to 7pm at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury.
