Obituary of Michael P. Lips, Sr.

Michael P. Lips, Sr., 48, of Windsor Locks, died unexpectedly Wednesday July 6, 2016 at home. Born August 8, 1967 in Hartford, son of Elizabeth “Betty” (Bennis) Lips of Glastonbury and the late George E. Lips, he was raised in East Hartford and had lived in Windsor Locks for the past 8 years. He worked for David J Place Building Contractor of Windsor Locks. Besides his mother he is survived by his son Michael P. Lips, Jr. and his partner Nicole Thompson of Anaheim Hills, CA, 3 brothers and their spouses, George and Cathy Lips of Townsend, MD, David and Christine Lips of Southwick, MA, Kenneth Lips of Enfield, 2 sisters, Susan Lips of East Hartford, Karen DiSipio of Manchester a granddaughter Haven Lips, many nieces and nephews and his special friends Allie and Sierra.
