I'm going to miss Bob.
I played golf with him in a P&W league and more recently with a group of P&W retirees at Topstone.
He loved the game, but didn't take it too seriously.
He mainly played for the socializing.
I also frequently bumped into him around town.
Loved his laid back way and great sense of humor.
Besides golf we both loved talking about the Sox. He was jam packed with little known, but interesting Sox history and trivia.
When we return to Topstone in the Spring, we will raise a glass in his memory.
