Obituary of Catherine Litwinas

Catherine Litwinas of South Windsor passed away "into that good night" peacefully in her sleep at age 91 . She was predeceased by her husbands Joseph Litwinas in 1995 and Anthony A. Wolfe in 1969. She leaves the light of her last year, her nine month old great grandson James Kevin Bailey; her grandchildren and their spouses Mary and Kevin Bailey and Philip and Jacqueline Dombrowski and her great grand doggy, Lexi; her daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Phil Dombrowski of Glastonbury and her kitty cat Lily. She also leaves her loving and faithful friends and neighbors who were with her throughout the years until her final days: Harriet Winton, Dave Cote, Diane Tracey, Wanda Klinkevich, Gina Hober and family, Dorothy Hoover, and Barbara Gagnon. The family appreciates their care, thoughtfulness, and friendship. The family wishes to thank the staff for their care and compassion given to her from hospice at the Visiting Nurses Association, at the Glastonbury Health Care Center, and from the nursing assistants at Right At Home during her last months. Services and burial were held privately at St. Joseph's Cathedral and Hillside Cemetery presided over by Monsignor McCarthy.
