While I didn’t know Sheldon well at WS, he was always affable. I got to know him better when we worked on a big reunion project nine years ago. A very good person, easy to work with, in a way that not enough people are. I was saddened by reading about him in the alumni magazine. My condolences to all of his family.

Debbie, we are very saddened to hear about Shel's passing. Pam called yesterday to give us the news and it was a shock. It's been years since we've been together, but we have great memories of those times. I remember driving to your wedding (all 6 of us Freestons in the same car) and then being invited back to your parent's house. I specifically remember your Dad being unhappy that a visitor, me, was asked to get something from the garage refrigerator. I remember talking with Shel several times about home improvements and he gave me confidence that I could tackle a few more things - which I did.
