Tony and John, I’m so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. What a long and loving life she shared with so many. I have an indelible memory of your mother and friends in our kitchen in West Hartford long ago having a late summer canning party. Your mother organized a small army of women who worked late into the evening in a serious production line amidst the latest garden harvest. It was amazing and lovely. Not a summer goes by without me remembering your mother leading the entire effort for the benefit of multiple families and keeping everyone laughing and having a wonderful time. That laugh amidst hard work and generosity are how I always think of her. My sincerest condolences to you and the entire family.

Tony, so very sorry to hear about your mom's death. She was a very sweet lady, and I always enjoyed sharing stories with her over a nice plate of food and/or around the fire. I will light a candle in her memory this Sunday at church.

Aunt Frances: an amazing woman. Always calm, welcoming, helpful, prayerful. She considered my Mother her other sister & I’m grateful for how she helped out in times of great need, even if ‘only’ via phone call. I loved how she would say ‘I LoVE ya’.
I would say rest easy, but, you’ll be busy with family & friends, laughing, dancing, singing, reuniting, hugging, in ways we can only imagine; or should i say we cannot even begin to imagine! I know you’ll be watching over us. Another angel in the unimaginable arms of GOD:

Aunt Frances, my Godmother, I know she is having a glass of wine (or several) and some dark chocolate! She loved being around family & always made her Godchildren feel a little extra special. Rest In Peace. Love you!

Frances was my Aunt, my Mom's older sister. She was a beautiful person, always with a big smile on her face. We had many memories taking the drive to Connecticut to visit her and the family. May she rest in peace, with all her family and friends surrounding her. xo
