Obituary of Frances L. Carrozza

Frances L. (DiLiberti) Carrozza, 93, of Glastonbury passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Hartford Hospital for reasons not related to COVID-19. She was the widow of John V. Carrozza. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Antonino and Francesca (Stabile) DiLiberti. Frances has been a longtime Glastonbury resident and a member of Ss. Isidore and Maria Parish at St. Paul Church. She worked as a computer programmer for the State of Connecticut for many years. Surviving are her two sons John I. Carrozza and his wife Jo-Ann of Meriden and Anthony M. Carrozza of Glastonbury, her sister Ursula Forzano of LI, NY, her sister-in-law Margaret DiLiberti of LI, NY, her grandchildren; Louise Francesca Carrozza, Nicole Marie Carozza, and Nicholas Anthony Carrozza, and several nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her two brothers Leo DiLiberti and his wife Rosalie and Antonio DiLiberti, her brother-in-law Al Forzano. Funeral services and burial will be private. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In order to adhere to continued COVID 19 mandates, masks are required, six feet of social distancing along with having a maximum of 50 people in the funeral home at a time.
