So sorry for the loss of a special cousin. I did not get to see Frank so often but I remember the times when we were all together. My father and Frank had a special bond. They had similar personalities and were always joking and laughing together. My mother was very fond of Frank. He was always so respectful to her and she enjoyed when he was around. I remember Frank as such a strong, down to earth, real person. I am sad for his beautiful Lorraine and family. May you Rest in Peace dear Cousin.
