With pouring rain outside, I was just thinking about my youth in Smutville. The Skibas were the neighbors to my grandparents, Joe&Jenny Jacomini. Sad to see both Richie and his sister Donna have passed away. Both such nice people. Memories.

My heart is broken! I will miss you terribly Richard and I am so sad that you are gone. I have so many fond memories of times with you and Ruth, both at Arbor Acres and the "real" world, outside, at our own personal family events. You have shared you self with me - and I am much honored to have known you. You were always so generous, sharing, caring, funny, outgoing, witty, and of course . . . stubborn. I am also sure you are in a great place now, with passed loved ones. My parents and brother are there - Tell them I said HI! They will enjoy your sense of humor. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family and will be for many days to come. You meant the world to me and I will never be the same with you gone. I love you dearly and always will. My memories of you will live with me forever!

Our hearts are broken with the news of Richie's illness and passing. We will always remember him as the first person to welcome us to Glastonbury and we will never forget him. Richie, Ruth and the girls were more than next door neighbors on Tara Dr, they were and are family. We miss you Richie, your smile, your jokes, your fabulous cookouts, Christmas Eve. May you be at peace in heaven with your Dad. Love forever Margie, Bobby and the boys

Ruth - my heart aches for you. I was stunned to hear about Richard's passing. You're one of my favorite couples. I have good memories of Richard - such a sense of humor and always with a quick smile. A hard worker and loving family guy - Richard was one of those compelling people we rarely get to meet in life. Anyway I can help? Just let me know, I'm a few streets away. Claudia
